Now is the time to make best use of your prunnings, branches, twigs, or even cardboard boxes etc., by recycling them using a shredder and using them as a mulch around your shrubs, trees, hedges and other perennial plants. It is not only so beneficial to the trees or whatever you mulch around, but also extremely beneficial for wildlife, including birds, insects and mammals.
