Hedgehog observation feeding station ‘feed and watch’
As with all of my products, this one has an educational aspect and is great for kids, who may only ever have seen a dead hedgehog in the road. After several trials, this was designed (Registered Design) to enable people to watch and film their hedgehog visitors through a large observation window as they feed or drink, in peace away from cats!
It keeps the food dry and allows for a small receptacle to be filled with water and placed inside the feeding port. Alternatively, a larger one can easily be left outside for the hedgehog to drink from. Hedgehogs need water as well!
By the way, I caught these two mating on my lawn and this is probably the result of that liaison!

Although I was a llittle dissappointed with it on arrival(it had been damaged in transit and needed waterproofing it WORKS !!and I tried it with my wildlife Cam same day.. ON reporting the damage I received an amicable outcome which was more than generous.
MY cam recorded 2-3 hedgehogs using it an pooping in it! so Functionality 5 stars!! quality 4* I hve managed to find hedgehog feeding dishes which fit the neccessarly narrow entrances ther is an oval hole in top or bottom which makes it easier to carry. I would hight reccomend this to Hog lovers:)

Glad that it was fit for purpose Rosemary. At that price, it is a bargain! Some people like to paint it with their own paint and therefore the choice of colour! The feeding hole goes at the bottom which is placed over the food item, I use a piece of firm plastic for this purpose. It works a treat. George
