“Bees and Pollination’ presentation at the Pentland Science Park, Scotland

Pentland Science Park - George Pilkington

The National Vegetable Society kindly invited me to give a presentation to over 100 of their members at the Pentland Science Park, about pollinating bumblebees, solitary bees, their ecology and nest sites. On display there I had the products I design, have manufactured and sell.

You certainly get around George!!! Have put the mason cocoons in the drawer, checking them regularly, none have emerged yet but plenty of warm sunshine so should be happening soon.
Look forward to all your comments George.
Bye for now Marian

I have placed 1/3 out Marian, a few males emerging although it is cool and they take a while to warm up. Just one female emerged whom I placed outside in the emergence box a week ago.Very chilly and dull today.Get your mud ready! 🙂 Bye, George
