Oak tree joins list of trees under threat

Like many other imported alien species, these were brought in from Europe on imported oaks. Do n’t we have enough British oaks here to grow instead of importing them?

Our iconic oak tree is being attacked by the oak processionary moth, a useful link with loads of information.
